Designed by GE Distillery in the laboratories of CREA in collaboration with Green Engineering (http://www.greeneng.it/), GUD Gin is produced within the laboratory, creating a recipe that carefully and attentively selects local raw materials to accompany Tuscan juniper for a novel and unforgettable taste.
The distillery also analyzes recipe development, as well as specific instrumental and organoleptic analyses on each distillation batch, allowing them to control and trace the quality of their products. Every phase of the process, including production, bottling, and packaging, takes place within the Distillery.
The creative team at GE Distillery also supports clients in developing labels, selecting bottles and caps, and defining packaging, to achieve a fully integrated process and ensure a product of the highest quality in every single detail.
The small distillery laboratory is the epitome of our union between history and modernity, between roots and the future, created with the goal of having an innovative craft distillery that is strongly inspired by tradition and capable of creating new high-quality spirits, particularly London Dry Gin.
