The Jules Amonì brand was founded in 2019 from a project to recover the “botanicals” used in gin, developed right within CREA. To produce the famous spirit, not only juniper berries but also other aromatic substances such as herbs, flowers, and roots are used, which are quickly passed through by alcohol in vapor form. Once the process is complete, these botanicals can no longer be used. Aiming to recover and transform this “noble waste” from gin distillation into high-quality cosmetic ingredients, our laboratories produced the first product of the line, a solid scrub where the exfoliating part consists of these dried and crushed “botanicals.”
From this, in 2023, the Jules Amonì line was born, realizing a dream for Mari, the formulator, who holds a degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Cosmetic Sciences. Jules Amonì emerged from the intersection of sustainability and beauty, with the idea of creating eco-sustainable cosmetics, with minimal environmental impact and attentive to consumer needs.

GE Distillery was established in 2019 within the laboratories of CREA with the goal of creating an innovative craft distillery that is deeply inspired by tradition and capable of producing high-quality new spirits, particularly London Dry Gin.
The design was developed in collaboration with Green Engineering (http://www.greeneng.it/), an international leader in the design and construction of distillation plants, and revolves around the English Bennet still. The creation of each Gin follows a precise process starting with the definition of the recipe and the selection of raw materials, carefully chosen one by one, beginning with the juniper.
In CREA’s laboratories, tests are conducted for recipe development, as well as specific instrumental and organoleptic analyses on each distillation batch, allowing for the control and tracking of product quality. Every phase of the process, including production, bottling, and packaging, takes place within the Distillery.
The creative team at GE Distillery also supports clients in developing labels, selecting bottles and caps, and defining packaging, to ensure a fully integrated process and guarantee a product of the highest quality in every single detail.
